I’m Meriah, a somatic coach, yoga educator, and guide through breathwork and spiritual growth. My journey has taken me from studying the human body and movement, to sitting in ceremonial plant medicine circles in Costa Rica, to teaching mindfulness-based yoga and 12-step recovery as a conscious path to healing.
