Hello, My Friend…
I’m Meriah. I’ve traveled the world learning about self-development and practicing healing in just about every way possible – from studying anatomy and dissecting cadavers, to receiving plant medicine from a shaman in Costa Rica, and teaching mindfulness-based yoga and 12-step recovery as a system for strengthening a conscious sober lifestyle.
As a trauma-survivor, and trauma-informed coach, I’m dedicated to education and helping you move out of surviving and into thriving. This is what it means to Emerge.
