The science of Interpersonal Neurobiology teaches us that well-being comes from integration—when differentiated parts of a system (the brain, body, relationships) are linked together.
When we look through the lens of neuroscience, and quantum science, awareness itself is like a field that allows integration to happen.
When we dive into Awareness, we touch into flow, harmony, and the sense that we are part of a greater whole. Awareness is the space between stimulus and response, where freedom and healing become possible.
So in this lesson, we’ll begin to shift our perspective on what the mind actually is and how to see it clearly, with MindSight, as we lay the scientific foundation for our multidimensional journey.
